Congratulations to Chairman Dr. Chia-Seng Chang awarded 2022 Special Contribution of Taiwan Physical Society (TPS)

Congratulating Chairman Dr. Chia-Seng Chang was awarded the 2022 Special Contribution of Taiwan Physical Society (TPS) at the annual meeting on January 16, 2023. This award recognizes his long-term contribution to surface science and nanotechnology development. Currently, Dr. Chang is the chairman of TANIDA and the director of the Institute of Physics of the Academia Sinica. He also represents Taiwan in the Asia Nano Forum (ANF). From 2018 to 2020, he served as the convener of "The Innovation and Application of Nanoscience Thematic Program (IANTP)" initiated by the Ministry of Science and Technology Council in 2014. The INATP aims to increase nanotechnology's research impact by encouraging scholars to engage in translational research based on scientific discoveries.
